This is an OEM quality seal for the shifter shaft tower on the 6 Speed 94-99 3000GT and 94-96 Dodge Stealth AWD Getrag transmissions.
You will need to remove the shifter tower assembly from the transmission and the shifter arms, then replace this seal.
This little seal can leak a surprising amount and this is a very affordable fix.
