Parts Shipping
We are happy to offer free shipping for most parts orders over $199.99! We cannot offer this for freight items and some heavy items, such as transmissions , transfer cases, bumpers, certain wheels and tires, suspension components, bumpers, anything that requires freight. You will be contacted after the sale in this case with the freight amount required and are responsible for paying this or we would cancel and refund your order.
Freight Shipping
Shipping a heavy and valuable drive line component can be an intimidating process, but it doesn’t need to be. We work with trusted industry LTL (less than load) freight carriers to ensure your shipping experience is affordable, easy, and timely.
It is technical possible to ship transmissions weighing less than 150 lbs (such as the 5 speed AWD Getrag 3000GT transmission) through UPS or Fedex, but nearly all the time they are damaged in shipping and therefore we do not recommend this shipping to us and will not under any circumstances ship a unit back out through normal package services such as UPS, Fedex, etc.
Your transmission should be fully drained, placed on a pallet, wrapped in plastic or a heavy duty trashbag, and strapped down to the pallet with a ratchet strap. We will take care of the scheduling and setup and help in any way possible. You also should include identifying information on the pallet, such as your name, order number, and phone number.
