If you would rather tackle your transfer case rebuild yourself, but you do not have a 40 ton press to safely do the job and don't trust any random shop, we can help you. We have seen some shops with undersized presses attempt to remove spools by heating the gear and this can have serious effects on the temper in the steel. We have a press large enough to do this cold and not damage your gear.

For this service you ship us your t-case spool, with its gear and bearings attached. We will then swap either a spool provided by you or one we sell and send it back to you. This price includes return shipping.
