The springs in 1/2 often break and this will cause your transmission to grind. The originals can be more than 25 years old now, its a great idea to replace these when you rebuild your transmission. At Rvenge Transmissions we will only replace these in sets, so that the spring rate is matched.

This includes 3 springs and 3 balls (easy to lose).
