6 Speed 3000GT AWD Billet End Case

On a hard launch the end case on the 6 speed 3000GT VR4 or Dodge Stealth R/T Turbo transmission can split open, ruining most of the gear box.

For ultimate piece of mind we have available in extremely limited stock two fully billet machined end cases.

These pictures really can’t capture the beauty and craftsmanship of this part. It is simply some of the finest pieces available.

This unit includes allen bolts for the outside, but everything else must be transferred from your old end case, including input shaft end case bearing, retainer, and reverse idler. We will include a new reverse idler bearing as that is almost impossible to remove from your old end case.

Please note these require professional installation. The entire transmission must be re-shimmed to ensure bearing life and quiet operation. We have also found that sometimes the reverse idler gear is a little too tall and requires machining on the lower thrust surface to remove .050″ to .060″ or the idler will be locked up. We can provide this surface upon request for $50, but it is easily done in a lathe or mill.
